A payment service for small and mid-sized businesses
Allogic is a fintech service for accepting payments: card acquiring, invoicing, autopayments. Despite competitive pricing, 45% of new users were leaving during registration, never reaching their first transaction.
The cause was a confusing interface and a pricing section with no clear comparisons. The task: a UX audit and redesign of the critical pages, with a measurable result on conversion.
We analyzed the funnel with FullStory and Yandex.Metrica, and ran in-depth interviews with 12 users. We found 3 critical drop-off points and 7 sources of friction in the interface
We reworked the pricing page: removed legal jargon, added a "which plan fits me" calculator, a visual plan comparison, and an FAQ right inside the pricing block
We cut registration from 11 steps to 4, added a progress bar, and deferred complex fields (tax ID, bank account) to after the user's first login
"We spent a long time thinking the problem was our product. It turned out to be the interface. Montas showed us that with data, not words"
