Unisend.me is a cross-border instant money transfer service, enabling card-to-card transactions between Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and Armenia. For businesses in Turkey, the service also offers cloud-based acquiring, making it possible to accept payments from Russian cards. At the project’s start, the main challenge was to earn the trust of a new audience, acquire the first clients, and build transparent and approachable communication on social media. Traditional impersonal advertising could not deliver the desired conversion, so we created an SMM strategy with a focus on personalization, openness, and consistent user engagement. Additionally, the KPI was to ensure client acquisition costs stayed under $5.
