l618 is a new technopark in Saint Petersburg, designed to bring together entrepreneurs, manufacturers, developers, and commercial spaces on a single campus. Although the project was still under construction, the client needed a full marketing and communications foundation for its future promotion. We developed a comprehensive strategy, brand book, and website, and built a system to attract potential tenants and buyers for commercial spaces.
